What happens when my license expires?
You will receive a reminder before expiry. When a license expires, access is removed until you renew. Lifetime licenses never expire.

How do I install an MT5 indicator?
Download the EX5 file from your dashboard, open MT5 > File > Open Data Folder > MQL5 > Indicators, paste the file, then restart MT5 or refresh the Navigator. Each product includes an installation PDF and video.
Payments
How do I pay for my order?
Choose BPI, GCash, MariBank or GoTyme at checkout, scan the QR code, send the exact amount, then upload your payment screenshot and reference number. Our team verifies every payment manually.
How long does payment verification take?
Most payments are verified within a few hours during business hours. You will receive an email as soon as your payment is approved.

How do I receive my TradingView indicator?
After your payment is approved, open My Account > My TradingView Licenses and download the Pine Script file (.pine or .txt). On TradingView open the Pine Editor, paste the code, click Save, then Add to chart.
